First, the recruitment principle
Adhere to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit.
Second, the recruitment plan
This recruitment plan includes 5 positions, representing schools directly under Anqing Education Bureau to recruit 1 dance teachers. Specific recruitment positions, number of people, application conditions, etc. For details, please refer to the 20 1 1 annual open recruitment plan of professional and technical personnel of Anhui Huangmei Opera Art Vocational College.
Third, the recruitment conditions
(1) Having China nationality;
(2) Abiding by the Constitution and laws;
(3) Having good conduct;
(4) Qualifications, majors or skills required for the post;
(5) Physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post;
(6) Other conditions required for the post.
Persons under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:
(a) does not meet the recruitment conditions;
(2) Non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities who are studying;
(3) Servicemen;
(4) Persons who have not been dismissed from disciplinary action or are under disciplinary review;

Four. Registration arrangement and qualification examination
(1) Time and method of registration
Candidates will register at the second floor of Anqing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (opposite to Science and Technology Square, No.332 Qipanshan Road, Anqing City) from August 22nd to August 26th (8: 30- 17: 30 every day).
(2) Qualification examination
Applicants are required to conduct qualification examination at the same time of registration and sign a letter of commitment in good faith. Those who take part in the written examination shall pay the written examination fee of 45 yuan/person.
The qualification examination shall provide the following documents:
1. Original and photocopy of my valid resident ID card;
2. The original and photocopy of graduation certificate, degree certificate, qualification certificate, professional title certificate and skill certificate;
3. Applicants who have been employed must also provide proof that the unit agrees to apply for the exam;
4. Three one-inch bareheaded photos with the same front and back;
5. Relevant copies shall be bound into volumes.

Written test subjects: basic knowledge of public affairs, main contents:
Common sense (mainly the basic knowledge that candidates should know and the basic ability to use this knowledge for analysis and judgment, focusing on the understanding of national conditions and social conditions, the basic quality of comprehensive management, etc. , involving politics, economy, law, management, history, culture, nature, science and technology, etc. );
Judgment reasoning (mainly tests the applicant's analytical reasoning ability of various things, involving understanding, comparison, combination, deduction and induction of word concepts, relationship between things and written materials, etc.). );
Data analysis (mainly testing candidates' comprehensive understanding, analysis and processing ability of various forms of text, charts and other data);
Writing (candidates are required to write an article according to their understanding of the given materials, mainly focusing on comprehensive analysis and written expression).
Those who apply for open selection will not take the written test and go directly to the interview.
Sixth, professional testing.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of this open recruitment, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Municipal Supervision Bureau, the Municipal Wenguang New Bureau and Anhui Huangmei Opera Art Vocational College jointly set up a leading group for open recruitment. The professional testing work is organized by the recruitment leading group, and the guiding opinions of professional testing work are formulated and implemented by the college.
According to the number of people planned for the post and the written test results, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 1: 3. If the ratio is lower than 1: 3, the average interview score must be above 70 and the judges can enter the inspection and physical examination after collective discussion and approval. If there are shortlisted candidates, they can enter the interview at the same time.

Seven. Achievement synthesis
Candidates who apply for applied psychology teachers and accounting majors adopt a structured interview method, and the final score is determined by combining written test scores with interview scores, of which written test scores account for 40% and interview scores account for 60%;
Candidates who apply for TV director, acrobatic teacher and dance teacher take professional tests or structured interviews, and the results of professional tests or structured interviews are the final results.
Eight, inspection and physical examination
1. According to the candidates' total scores and the number of recruitment plans, the subjects of investigation and physical examination are determined from high scores to low scores and announced (if the total scores are the same, they will be sorted according to the written test scores).
2. The inspection mainly examines the applicant's political ideology, moral quality, law-abiding, professional ability, work performance (academic performance) and so on.
3. Physical examination items and standards refer to General Standard for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial) (Guo Ren Bu Fa [2005]1No.), Manual for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial) (Guo Ren Ting Fa [2007] No.25), Revision of General Standard for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial) and Manual for Civil Servants' Physical Examination.
Nine. Employment and treatment
According to the total score of candidates, combined with the results of investigation and physical examination, the candidates to be hired are selected from high scores to low scores, and will be publicized to the public for 7 days after being reviewed by the recruitment leading group. If there is no objection to the publicity, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions and the employment contract shall be signed.
Open recruitment personnel shall implement the probation system in accordance with the regulations, and the probation period shall be included in the employment contract. Those who have completed the probation period are officially employed as staff members of public institutions; Those who fail will be disqualified from employment.
In the recruitment process, if the recruitment position is vacant due to unqualified inspection or medical examination, the publicity results of the candidates will affect the employment, or the recruitment position will be automatically abandoned due to unqualified employment conditions or personal reasons, the recruitment position will be replenished in turn according to the principle of high score to low score (if the total score is the same, it will be sorted by written test scores, and the written test scores will still be tied, and sorted by professional knowledge scores), and it will be replenished only once.
