Personnel engaged in the production and operation of food and drinking water, cosmetics producers, and personnel who directly serve customers in public places. Anyone who suffers from digestive tract infectious diseases such as dysentery and typhoid fever (except pathogen carriers), active pulmonary tuberculosis, purulent or exudative dermatosis and other diseases that hinder food hygiene and public health shall not engage in the work of not being allowed to touch the food of direct people or directly serving customers before being cured.

Need a physical examination once a year. Employees who directly serve foreign customers shall have a physical examination every two years. According to the new regulations of the Implementation Rules of the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places newly promulgated by the Ministry of Health, the validity period of the Certificate of Health Examination and Hygiene Training for employees has been adjusted to 1 year from May.
