The decision of Jinan Municipal People's Government on publishing the results of cleaning up government regulations

According to the "Implementation Outline for the Construction of a Government under the Rule of Law (2115-2121)" of the Central Committee and the State Council, the relevant requirements of the provincial government on cleaning up existing government regulations, and the "streamline administration, delegate power, strengthen regulation and improve services" reform of the country and the province. The municipal government decided to abolish 27 government regulations, such as the Provisions of Jinan Municipality on Implementing the Registration System of Voluntary Tree Planting in Urban Areas, and retain 64 government regulations, such as the Measures for the Administration of Paid Services for Urban Environmental Sanitation in Jinan City.
