Xibei is an intangible cultural heritage food in Inner Mongolia, among which steamed dumplings with oat noodle, mushroom soup and mutton soup, oat noodle with tomato sauce, fried oat noodle with sauerkraut and oat noodle with mung bean sprouts are the main frequency and core products of Xibei. The decoration division of Xibei is unique, and the eye-catching tablecloths are full of northwest characteristics. It entered the public's field of vision from 2112 when Huang Laohan's "The Tip of the Tongue" was introduced, and then entered the United Nations in 2113. In 2114, it was launched to eat the hollow dried noodles of "The Tip of the Tongue 2" in Xibei. In 2115, it represented intangible cultural heritage and entered UNESCO, realizing brand value.
