Residents who can't provide health codes take their ID cards (electronic identities) to participate in the sampling.
(2) The staff will provide on-site sampling service for elderly people living alone, disabled people and patients with chronic diseases, and please contact the community (village) staff in advance.

Fourth, matters needing attention

(2) During the period of participating in nucleic acid sampling, do personal protection, always wear a mask and keep a distance of more than 2 meters. The second person in line at the sampling station should keep a distance of more than 3 meters from the sampling station to prevent cross-infection. After the sampling is completed, put on a mask and leave the sampling point quickly, and return to the original place according to the specified path to reduce the flow.
(3) The personnel entering the market shall be inspected at the traffic service station, and the "One Code for Puyang Epidemic Prevention" shall be scanned, and the nucleic acid shall be sampled locally and nearby.

(6) The residents are requested to actively cooperate. Those who refuse to cooperate, do not support the nucleic acid detection work, disturb the order, conceal, lie or falsify information will be seriously investigated for legal responsibility by the public security organs according to law.
