Three Thousand Noodles was officially established in 2012, managed and operated by Suzhou Three Thousand Noodles Catering Company Limited, with direct operation and franchising as the main business mode.

On June 14, 2012, the first Three Thousand Vermicelli Beef and Rice Noodle Restaurant opened for business on the 1st floor of the north side of Walmart, No. 288 Dongwu North Road, Suzhou.

Till 2013, during the one-year operation, 3,000 Vermicelli Beef & Rice Noodle Restaurant*** had opened 9 stores in Suzhou. And then, the company fully accelerated the progress of the chain, one after another in Yancheng, Hangzhou, Wuxi, Kunshan open chain restaurants.
