Ingredients: pork plum blossom, ginger, onion, barbecued pork sauce, honey, soy sauce, soy sauce and pure peanut butter.
Practice steps:
1. Wash pork plum blossom and cut into small pieces.
2. Take a large bowl, pour in barbecued pork sauce, soy sauce, soy sauce, honey, peanut butter and cooking wine to make a marinade.
3. Put the chopped pork and plum blossom into a gravy bowl, add onion and ginger and mix well. Fill the meat with marinade.
If the weather is hot, you can put it in the refrigerator and marinate the plum blossom meat in the marinade for at least 2 hours.
5. Spread a layer of tin foil on the baking tray, add the pickled pork plum blossom and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
