1. Job responsibilities
1. Be responsible for formulating the overall plan for annual business performance evaluation.
2. Be responsible for adjusting and optimizing the Group's operating performance evaluation scheme according to the actual operation of the Group.
3. Be responsible for regular or irregular communication on business performance evaluation, collect and sort out opinions or suggestions on business performance evaluation, and report to superior leaders.
4. Be responsible for organizing, implementing and monitoring the development strategy of the Group according to the strategic planning and business objectives of the Group.
5. Organize the establishment of company-level operating performance evaluation and evaluation scheme for each branch.
6. Organize the CPI special investigation and KPI data collection and assessment of the group headquarters.
7. Organize the economic responsibility planning and business statistical analysis of the Group.
8. Organize the construction, review and improvement of various management systems, processes and policies of the Group, and follow up their implementation.
2. Requirements
College degree or above, more than one year's working experience, major in business administration, economics, financial management and other related management majors, proficient in using office software, good written and oral skills, meticulous logical thinking and good communication and coordination skills. Relevant working experience and legal knowledge are preferred. Excellent fresh graduates are also acceptable.
