Staff training includes staff skill training and staff quality training. Training methods include lectures, audio-visual techniques, discussions, case studies, role-playing, self-study, interactive groups, online training and scene restoration.

As the fundamental way and way to directly improve managers' ability and employees' skills, provide enterprises with new working concepts, knowledge, information and skills, increase employees' talents and dedication, and carry out innovation, employee training is the most important human resource development and more important human capital investment than physical capital investment.
With China's entry into WTO and the integration of the world economy, enterprises have never paid so much attention to training. This paper talks about some personal views on training in order to innovate enterprise training.
