The second in the city engaged in residential interior decoration activities, the implementation of the supervision and management of residential interior decoration activities, shall comply with these measures. Residential interior decoration referred to in these measures, refers to the completion and acceptance of the residence, the owner or residential user (hereinafter referred to as the decorator) on the residential interior decoration of construction activities.
The third residential interior decoration should ensure the quality and safety of the project, in line with the mandatory standards for construction.
Article 4 of the State Council administrative department in charge of construction is responsible for the management of residential interior decoration activities.
Provincial and autonomous regional people's governments are responsible for the construction and administrative departments of the administrative region of the residential interior decoration activities. Municipalities, cities and counties people's real estate administrative department is responsible for the management of residential interior decoration activities within the administrative region.
Article 5 of the residential interior decoration and renovation activities, the following acts are prohibited:
(1) without the original design unit or design unit with the appropriate qualification level design plan, change the main body of the building and load-bearing structure;
(2) there is no waterproofing requirements of the room or balcony into a bathroom, kitchen room;
Decorators engaged in residential interior decoration and renovation activities, without authorization, shall not do the following:
(i) erect buildings and structures;
(ii) change the external facade of the residence, open doors and windows on non-load-bearing external walls;
(iii) dismantle and alter the heating pipelines and facilities;
(iv) dismantle and alter the gas pipelines and facilities.
