application conditions:

(1) having a master's degree and a master's degree in China, or studying abroad and obtaining a master's degree;

(2) The graduated institutions belong to "double-class" construction universities, or the Higher Education Supplement of The Times of Britain, or the top 111 overseas universities in the world published by QS World University Rankings;

(3) After October 1, 2121, it handled the talent introduction business in Shenzhen for the first time and settled in Longgang District, and signed labor contracts with enterprises in Longgang District for more than 1 years.

the introduction time of newly introduced talents shall be based on the issuance time of the first introduction approval document (except those with academic qualifications promoted). The age at the time of introduction is not more than 35 years old.

the applicant should have no cross-regional change in household registration after being introduced to Longgang district, have worked in Longgang district enterprises for more than 1.2 months continuously and still work in Longgang district enterprises at the time of application (for those who have worked in several Longgang enterprises continuously in the past year, the social security payment record should be uninterrupted, excluding supplementary payment).

note: the applicant should apply for subsidy within 18 months from the date of introduction, and has never handled the talent introduction business in our city as a doctoral student. Those who have declared or received the rental subsidy for newly introduced talents in Longgang District may not apply for the subsidy.
