1. The best route to five cities in East China

The five cities in East China generally refer to Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Suzhou and Wuxi. It also refers to five cities in East China, namely Shanghai, Nanjing, Jinan, Hangzhou and Fuzhou.

Whether it is a small concept of five cities or a big concept of five cities, most of them are familiar to everyone. What I want to recommend to you here is Fuzhou, which is also located in East China and is also a place that is often overlooked.

Fuzhou and Rongcheng are my favorite cities. I have been to 33 capitals in China, including 34 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, except Fuzhou, the capital of Fujian. Although I have been to Xiamen, another city in Fujian, many times, I miss Fuzhou very much. Driving thousands of miles to Fuzhou this Spring Festival has made my blank even more unforgettable. Because it is the first time to come to Fuzhou, we must find the most representative scenic spots or blocks and visit this historic city in person, and this representative place is three lanes and seven alleys.

Fuzhou is an ancient city with a history of 2200 years, with many natural and historical sites. Although it is a coastal city, it is surrounded by mountains and the peaks in the city are towering. Fuzhou, also known as Sanshan, is a unique urban pattern with Yushan, Urumqi and Pingshan as the center, Baita and Wuta as the main towers, and Minjiang River passing through the city. Minjiang River is the mother river of Fuzhou, and Fuzhou is nourished and beautiful by Minjiang River. Three alleys and seven lanes are the soul of Fuzhou, and the root culture and history of Fuzhou.

Covering an area of about 40 hectares, Sanfangqixiang consists of three squares, seven lanes and a central axis street, namely Yijinfang, Wenru Square and Guanglu Square. Yangqiao Lane, Langguan Lane, Zhonglou Lane, Huang Xiang, Anmin Lane, Gongxiang, Goose-skin Lane and Nanhou Street have all been called "three lanes and seven lanes" since ancient times. Sanfangqixiang is a national 5A-level tourist attraction, one of the top ten historical and cultural blocks in China, and a national key cultural relic protection unit.

During the visit, we learned that the three lanes and seven alleys have been the settlements of nobles and literati since the formation of the Jin and Tang Dynasties, and it was even more brilliant from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China. There are about 270 ancient dwellings in this area, of which 159 are listed as protected buildings. There are living fossils of China and Li Fang system and China Ming and Qing Architecture Museum. In the block, alleys crisscross and slabs are paved; Strict layout and skilled technology; Many of them are also decorated with pavilions and rockeries, which integrate humanities and natural landscapes. The doors and windows of many houses are hollowed out, carved with mortises and mortises, and rich in decorative patterns. Exquisite doorframes, flower stands and columns can be seen everywhere, which embodies the skills and characteristics of Fuzhou ancient city.

These alleys are a bit shabby because of their age, but in this ancient narrow alley, there are many celebrities' former residences. There are Chen Wenru's former residence Zheng, Lin Juemin's former residence Yi Jinfang Yanfu Yangqiao Road, and Shen Baozhen Langguan Lane's former residence S in Gongxiang. There are many celebrities in Langguan Lane alone. Chen Lie, a famous scholar in the Song Dynasty, Zhang Jiliang, a patriotic poet in the Qing Dynasty, Xu Lin, the founder of the Reform Movement of 1898, and Yan Fu, a modern enlightenment thinker, all lived here. At the intersection of Yangqiao Road and Nanhou Street, the former residence of Lin Juemin, a martyr of the Revolution of 1911, once lived the famous writer Bing Xin and Lin Juemin's niece Lin. Three celebrities live together. Nanhou Street Macau Road also has Lin Zexu Memorial Hall and the central axis of three lanes and seven lanes. We are in Lin Zexu, and we pay our sincere respects to people with lofty ideals such as Lin Zexu.

Shi Shuo walked and watched. Walking out of Nanhou Street, he felt that the famous historical and cultural streets in China were very heavy. Historians believe that the historical and cultural blocks with three lanes and seven lanes have profound material characteristics and values, and they are living fossils for studying the urban history of China.

2. Route strategy of five cities in East China

The five cities in East China refer to Wuxi, Suzhou, Nanjing, Hangzhou and Shanghai. The weather is very comfortable. Short sleeves and thin coats are ok, but take rain gear when you go out to prevent rain.

Five cities in East China are one of the important tourism resources in China. Taihu Lake is foggy, West Lake is beautiful, Suzhou gardens are beautiful, and Nanjing is one of the four ancient capitals in the Ten Dynasties. Jiangnan cuisine enjoys a good reputation at home and abroad. Nanjing salted duck, Wuxi sauce ribs, Hangzhou Dongpo meat and Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs will all make you feel delicious.

First of all, your route is not reasonable. You've come and gone several times. The reasonable route should be Shanghai-Wuxi-Suzhou-Hangzhou-Wuzhen-Shanghai.

D 1: Dalian started from Shanghai and went directly to the railway station to catch Wuxi where she lived.

D2: Visit [Guo Sheng], one of the central film and television bases, in the morning (remember to take a boat trip to Taihu Lake, the third largest freshwater lake in China, and watch the wonderful performance of World War III in Ying Bu at 10:00 in the morning). In the afternoon, visit the largest open-air bronze station in China-the Giant Foshan. Take a half-hour train from Wuxi Railway Station to Suzhou in the evening and live there.

D3: Visit Lion Forest, one of the four major gardens in Suzhou in the morning (it is recommended to follow other tour guides, otherwise you won't understand Suzhou gardens. Visiting Suzhou landmark [Tiger Hill] in the afternoon, Su Dongpo said that it is a pity to go to Suzhou without going to Tiger Hill (the legendary burial place of He Lv, the king of Wu, Tang Bohu almost became the first archaeologist to discover this tomb); Visit the nearby Shantang Street or Guanqian Street (Hanshan Temple is the most famous in Suzhou, but it is not recommended to visit it specially. Buy a ticket at the pier and take a boat trip to the West Lake, overlooking the Ten Scenes of the West Lake. Before dinner, I went straight to Song Cheng, the most popular reality show in Hangzhou (absolutely suitable for young friends to watch, the effect was super good, and dinner was also eaten in Song Cheng) and lived in Hangzhou.

When you arrive in Wuzhen, you can travel freely without going back to Hangzhou with the group. You can go to Shanghai directly by bus from the passenger center there and live in Shanghai.

D6: Visit the Oriental Pearl TV Tower in Shanghai in the morning, visit the Old Town God Temple in Yuyuan Mall in the afternoon, visit Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street in the evening, and live in Shanghai.

It is best to book online in advance, but the general price is in 260 yuan/room. If you want to save more money, you can go to a city railway station and directly find the tourist accommodation service at the door. There are various prices everywhere.

Lou MM, this trip is designed for professionals. The whole trip is reasonable and easy to go. Backpackers who are suitable for self-help travel have basically reached the must-see attractions in every city. But we should pay attention to controlling the purchase of train tickets between cities. Tickets are about 800 yuan/person, intercity train tickets are about 200 yuan/person, and accommodation is about 60%.
