In 1988, Anhui New Oriental Cuisine College, the first culinary school in Anhui Province, was founded.

From 1991 to 1993, it was honored as "Model Window School" by higher authorities for three consecutive years.

In 1994, it was officially approved by the Ministry of Labor as the designated training and examination unit for senior cooks in Anhui Province.

In 1996, the school successfully co-organized the Sixth National Chef's Festival, and in 1998, the special film "Learn to Cook with Me" won the second prize of the national social science film.

In 1999, we successfully cooperated with China Central Television (CCTV) to shoot the program of "China TV Cooking", which was covered by satellite and broadcasted nationwide.

In 2000, it won the gold medal of the First China Gourmet Festival Famous Dishes Competition, and in 2001, it co-organized and participated in the First Anhui Province Hui Cuisine Cooking Technology Competition, and won the gold medal.

In May 2002, CCTV "Full House - National Cooking Match", won the champion, won the highest award - "Golden Spoon Award".

June 2002, China (Yantai) International Food Festival, won the "fruit and vegetable carving gold medal".

August 2003, the 13th China Chef's Festival, won the "Booth Gold Award" and "China Golden Chef Award".

November 2003, the International Catering Association assessed as "International Catering Education Base".

In 2004, it was awarded as "National Advanced Education Unit" by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.

In March, 2005, it was honored by People's Daily as "Top Ten Famous Schools in China's Training Industry".

November 2005, Anhui Province Culinary Skills Competition, our students won 3 gold, 14 silver and booth special gold award.

December 2005, successfully hosted the first culinary talent exchange in Anhui Province, a strong response.

December 2006, the first China Hui Cuisine Food Festival, our teachers and students won 12 gold and booth special gold award.

May 2007, was awarded by the government of anhui province "sunshine project training base".

August 2007, won the first China Brand Festival "China's top ten brands in the education industry Golden Spectrum Award".

July 2008, it was honored as "Top Ten Vocational Education Institutes" by the competent department.

October 2008, the World Chinese Culinary Skills Competition, our college won another gold medal.

April 2009, the sixth National Culinary Skills Competition, our teachers and students won the gold medal.

In 2009, CCTV, Hunan TV, Anhui TV and other authoritative media reported on our institute one after another.

2009, China's young chef competition, our students won the "national young chef" the highest honor.

October 2009, again won the highest award in Chinese culinary education - "China Golden Chef Award".

January 2010, the twelfth session of the Guinness Book of Records, the college set a new record of Guinness World Culinary Arts.

July 2010, CCTV one set, CCTV seven sets of successive access to our college, a wonderful reproduction of the college's new style.

May 2011, the sixth China (Hefei) Hui Cuisine Food Festival special support unit.

June 2011, the first "New Oriental Cup" Youth Culinary Skills Competition organized by China Culinary Association, our students won 6 gold, 2 silver and 3 groups of special gold awards.

October 2011, the 21st China Chef's Festival, the college won the highest honor of the culinary industry in 2011 "China Golden Chef Award".

November 2011, "Han Yi" Cup 2011 Anhui Provincial Famous Chef Culinary Competition won five special gold medals and one silver medal.

April 2012 Awarded Hefei Catering Training Advanced Unit.

In June 2012, we participated in the 2nd "New Oriental Cup" National Culinary Skills Competition and won the Best Organization Award, Booth Special Gold Award, two Individual Special Gold Awards, 10 Individual Gold Medals, 3 Individual Silver Medals, 1 Individual Bronze Medal and 9 Best Creativity Awards.

January 2013, was awarded by the Anhui Provincial Culinary Association, "China Hui Cuisine only designated training base", "senior culinary chef only designated training base".
