If it passes, click "List as Alternative Name" below to complete the declaration.

step 3: registration of establishment: 1. click on enterprise establishment, select "full electronic enterprise establishment" to enter the application for registration of full electronic company establishment _ work guide, drop down the webpage to the bottom, and check "I have read the above work guide" to enter the declaration interface. 2. After confirming that the information is complete and correct, click Submit for industrial and commercial review.

step 4: electronic signature: 1. after the industrial and commercial examination and approval, log in to the system again to see the establishment registration record in "pending visa", and click to enter the electronic signature. Enter the signature link. 2. The system will notify all the people who need to sign the document by SMS, and the signer will download the "Electronic Special Edition of Xi 'an Administration for Industry and Commerce" APP through the link address in the SMS. If the signer uses the APP for the first time, he needs to complete the real-name authentication under the guidance of the APP before signing. Users who pass the real-name authentication log in to the APP with their mobile phone numbers, and go to the "comprehensive business application materials" to be signed to sign. After the owner's signature is completed, the status of the Comprehensive Business Application Materials will be changed from "to be signed" to "signed". Electronic signature only needs to be signed once, and multiple regional signatures of the whole set of materials can be completed at one time. No time and regional restrictions, easy to complete the signature anytime and anywhere.

Step 5: Submit the application: after the applicant signs the declared materials, click "Confirm Submit", and the system will automatically push the declared materials information to the corresponding registration authority.

Step 6: Obtain a license: log in to the system, click "declaration and inquiry" to view, and set up a registration record in the completed items. You can obtain a paper business license at the window or send it by EMS.
