Face Case Master
The master who makes buns should be able to be called a face case master.
The master who makes pastry/buns is called a noodle case master. Because noodle case is a synonym for the job of making pasta, and related pasta products, in the restaurant industry. It is mainly a chef who works in the food service industry and is only responsible for making pasta, and is not involved in things like stir-frying.
