Traveling in Shanghai:

1. The Bund:

Feel the soul of Shanghai.

The path along the Yangtze River trodden by trackers with their feet more than 1.5 years ago is now the symbol of Shanghai. Located from Waibaidu Bridge to the west bank of Huangpu River in nanpu bridge, it is 4 kilometers long. On the west side of the Bund, there are all kinds of Chinese and western buildings with different styles. Only from Waibaidu Bridge in the north to Jinling East Road in the south, there are 52 western-style and Chinese-western buildings in this 1.5-kilometer-long section. In particular, HSBC, an antique Greek dome building, is the most famous. It was once known as "the most luxurious building from the east of Suez Canal to the Bering Strait in the Far East", and a pair of bronze lions outside it has a history of more than 71 years.

If you are on the Bund, you are already in the history and changes of Shanghai. On one side of the Pujiang River, Shanghai's past is displayed. The Western-style buildings, known as the National Architecture Expo, used to be a paradise for international adventurers, but now the banks and insurance companies with Chinese prefix have become their owners.
