After the outbreak of the epidemic, the holiday was extended indefinitely, which led to poor management, layoffs and bankruptcy of many companies. After the epidemic was partially controlled, the government began to encourage and support major small and medium-sized enterprises to return to work, and there are many procedures for enterprises to return to work. Enterprises must apply to the local government for returning to work. After submitting the application documents, the relevant units will conduct verification and on-site investigation, and take protective measures before returning to work. Most cities have issued the Notice on Promoting the Orderly Resumption of Work of Industrial Enterprises in the City during the Epidemic Prevention and Control Period, which stipulates that enterprises that resume work shall follow the following procedures on the premise of meeting the above conditions: 1. Enterprises that return to work should report to the local government 48 hours in advance, and submit the record form for returning to work during the epidemic prevention and control period and the letter of commitment for safe returning to work during the epidemic prevention and control period (see Annex 1 2 "Guidelines for Epidemic Prevention and Control of Local Control"), and organize on-site inspection of the applicant enterprises. 3. All localities should report the situation of returning to work to the municipal enterprise prevention and control group before 9: 00 every morning.
