Take natural gas as an example. In principle, the service life of the cooker should be about 8 years. If a hose is used for connection, the service life of the hose should be no less than 8 years in principle. At present, in the actual hose manufacturing standard, the specified service life is only 18 months. In principle, rubber hoses have been excluded. According to the new regulations, it actually recommends stainless steel metal corrugated hose.
At present, some users decorate their new kitchens as open, and the new regulations are clear, which does not meet the requirements of gas safety regulations: "The kitchen is decorated as open, connected with the civil living room, and is not a special room. According to the regulations, it is obviously not allowed. "
Once the gas in the open kitchen leaks, it will quickly spread to the whole room; Once a gas explosion occurs, because there are no obstacles, the shock wave of the explosion will directly rush to the living room, bedroom and other places, and its destructive power and influence range are far greater than that of a door partition. At present, local gas companies are stepping up business training for employees and strictly implementing new regulations. In Nanjing, the gas company issued a notice of hidden dangers rectification to gas users who are still using aging hoses to urge them to rectify; For users who have an open kitchen at home, they must not be ventilated.
Legal basis: Article 2 of the latest Regulations on Urban Gas Management was revised in 2022.
These Regulations apply to urban gas development planning and emergency support, gas operation and service, gas use, gas facilities protection, gas safety accident prevention and treatment and related management activities.
These regulations are not applicable to the production and import of natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas, the pipeline transportation of natural gas outside city gates, the industrial production with gas as raw materials, and the production and use of biogas and straw gas.
The term "gas" as mentioned in these Regulations refers to the gas fuel that is used as fuel and meets certain requirements, including natural gas (including coalbed methane), liquefied petroleum gas and artificial gas.
