Declare the green food labeling process method

1, the applicant to fill out the "green food labeling application", in duplicate (including the attached materials), reported to the province (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, municipalities with separate plans) green food management department.

2, the provincial green food management department entrusted through the provincial measurement certification of environmental protection monitoring organizations, the product or product raw materials of the origin of environmental assessment.

3, the provincial green food management department of the preliminary examination of the application materials, and the preliminary examination of qualified materials reported to the China Green Food Development Center.

4. China Green Food Development Center, together with authoritative environmental protection organizations, will review the above materials. If qualified, the food monitoring organization designated by China Green Food Development Center will sample the declared products and test them according to the quality and hygiene standards of green food; if unqualified, the application will no longer be accepted in the same year.

5, China Green Food Development Center for quality and health testing of qualified products for a comprehensive review (including field verification), and with qualified applicants to sign the "Green Food Labeling Agreement": issued by the Ministry of Agriculture Green Food Labeling Certificate of Use and number; reported to the State Administration for Industry and Commerce Trademark Office for the record! The agreement will be announced to the public at the same time.
