Washing dishes is not a simple job. It is oily and difficult to wash. Only by doing these steps can it be cleaned.
First, the tableware should be classified. Do not put the ones with oil together with those without oil, because if you wash them together, it will be mixed with oil. On the contrary, the more you wash them, the more troublesome it will be. When you clean them up, you should separate them and wash them separately, so as to be efficient. Generally speaking, there is oil in dishes, but there may be no oil in bowls filled with rice.
second: soaking, just like clothes. Soak the tableware first, which is much cleaner. For example, there may be sticky or dried rice particles on the rice bowl. If you wash it directly, it may be difficult to wipe it with a steel ball. If you soak it, it will fall off with your hand, which will save a lot of trouble.
As for oily tableware, it is not recommended to soak it directly. It is best to pour off the soup on the surface first, and then wipe off the grease on the surface. Otherwise, a lot of grease will flow everywhere when it comes into contact with water, which makes it more difficult to remove the oil. It is better to wipe it first and then soak it in water.
third: cleaning utensils. This mainly depends on tableware. For example, if there are prints, it is not recommended to use hard steel balls, which will probably scrape off the patterns on them. Of course, there is no need to worry about scratching the underglaze tableware. Some pots are coated, so it is better to use those soft rags or sponges. Don't make tableware ugly because of cleaning. Cleaning is only for cleaning stains.
fourthly, detergent, for those tableware without grease, it is suggested that you just rinse it with clean water. Just some food residues, you don't need to use those detergents. Washing foam instead of waste water. If there is oil, you can use detergent to remove oil as needed. Of course, adding some flour is also effective, especially flour water. The effect of removing oil is similar to that of detergent, and it is better to rinse.
Fifth: Disinfection. Drain the water after cleaning. Don't put it away directly. Disinfection of tableware is very important. Generally, there is no professional tableware disinfection cabinet at home, so you can put the tableware in a pot and heat it properly, and treat it at high temperature by steaming or boiling.
