The Notice on Further Strengthening the Work of Returning to Work issued by the Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters of novel coronavirus City, Henan Province on February 29th made it clear that people in Class III counties (cities, districts) in the province can enter and leave the community normally without health certificates.
The Notice on Further Strengthening the Work of Returning to Work and Production mentioned that the implementation of health declaration and certification system and cross-provincial mutual recognition should be promoted. According to the county epidemic risk level uniformly divided by our province, migrant workers in counties (cities, districts) of Class I and II need to apply for health declaration certification, while those in counties (cities, districts) of Class III need not. Accelerate the expansion of cross-provincial mutual recognition of health certificates and realize mutual recognition and interoperability with more provinces. For the personnel in Class III counties (cities, districts) in the province, those in Class I and II counties (cities, districts) who hold health declaration certificates, and those returning to Henan who hold local health certificates in other provinces except Hubei, except for symptoms such as fever and cough, all localities shall not require home or centralized isolation, and shall not increase the restricted areas and restrictions without authorization to ensure that personnel can normally enter and leave the community, rent hotels and return to work. Qianying Village, Zhu Qiao Town, Pudong New Area is a medium risk area. According to the Notice on Further Strengthening the Management of Entry Personnel and Personnel in Medium and High Risk Areas issued by Henan Province and the requirements of Suiyang District's epidemic prevention and control policy, those who return to Suiyang District from medium and high risk areas in China need to report to the village committee (community) where they live and isolate themselves at home. Suiyang District will arrange personnel to test your nucleic acid. If the result of nucleic acid is negative, it can flow orderly under personal protection. If you have fever, respiratory tract and other suspicious symptoms, you should go to the designated medical institutions in your jurisdiction in time for a second nucleic acid test. If the test is positive, it will be disposed of according to relevant procedures.
