The levels of disability are as follows:
1, visual disability, divided into blindness and low vision. Blindness includes primary blindness and secondary blindness; Low vision includes first-class low vision and second-class low vision;
2. Hearing disability is divided into four levels: level 1 hearing disability, level 2 hearing disability, level 3 hearing disability and level 4 hearing disability;
3. Speech disability is divided into four levels: first-level speech disability, second-level speech disability, third-level speech disability and fourth-level speech disability;
4. Intellectual disability is divided into four grades: first-degree intellectual disability (severe), second-degree intellectual disability (severe), third-degree intellectual disability (moderate) and fourth-degree intellectual disability (mild);
5. Physical disability is divided into three grades: first-degree (severe) physical disability, second-degree (moderate) physical disability and third-degree (mild) physical disability;
5. Mental disability is divided into three grades: first-degree (severe) mental disability, second-degree (moderate) mental disability and third-degree (mild) mental disability;
6. Multiple disabilities, in which more than two kinds of disabilities are multiple disabilities.

Thirty-seventh public employment service institutions established by relevant government departments shall provide employment services for the disabled free of charge. The employment service agencies for the disabled organized by the Disabled Persons' Federation shall organize vocational guidance, employment introduction and vocational training free of charge, and provide services and help for the employment of the disabled and the employers to recruit the disabled. Article 38 The state protects the property ownership and operational autonomy of welfare units for the disabled, and their legitimate rights and interests are inviolable. Disabled persons shall not be discriminated against in recruitment, employment, promotion, job title evaluation, labor remuneration, living welfare, rest and vacation, social insurance, etc. The unit where disabled employees work shall provide appropriate working conditions and labor protection according to the characteristics of disabled employees and actual needs.
