The structural design of the advertising frame is designed by a design unit with design qualification recognized by the state;

2.

The advertising production and installation shall be carried out by a construction unit that has obtained the qualification of production, installation and construction recognized by the state;

The electrical materials used in the billboard, as well as the manufacturing and installation, all meet the safety specifications;

iv.

The construction scheme for large-scale advertisement installation is implemented after being signed by the technical director (engineer) of the construction unit, and full-time safety production management personnel will supervise the construction on site.

All the workers on duty have passed the training. Special operations personnel must hold the operation qualification certificate before they can work at their posts;

The company performs the daily safety management guarantee cycle inspection on advertising facilities. After the advertisement has been used for two years, the structural safety test will be conducted once a year, and the test records will be sent to the lighting advertising office;

Do a good job in typhoon prevention. There are typhoon prevention measures before the typhoon. In case of danger in the typhoon, our company is responsible for emergency rescue. The expenses incurred by the district government when the rescue team of our company arrives in the front row shall be borne by our company. Do a good job of inspection and maintenance after the typhoon;
