Individuals who fail to put domestic garbage into the corresponding collection containers respectively shall be ordered by the comprehensive law enforcement department of urban management to make immediate corrections, and those who refuse to make corrections shall be fined in 200 yuan.

In addition, catering business units and catering distribution service providers shall not take the initiative to provide disposable tableware to consumers; Hotel business units shall not take the initiative to provide consumers with disposable articles for daily use in guest rooms.
