(2) The Food and Beverage Service Supervision Branch of the US Food and Drug Administration (co-located with the Food and Beverage Service Supervision Office) is the management institution directly under the US Food and Drug Administration. Responsible for the development of the city's catering service supervision and management plan, organize relevant daily supervision and administrative law enforcement work; Responsible for issuing catering service licenses; Organize major events, catering services and food safety supervision; Organize and coordinate the city's catering service food safety special action and emergency handling of catering service food safety emergencies. Its institutional setup shall be approved separately.
(3) The Office of the Municipal Food Safety Committee (co-located with the Office of the Municipal Leading Group for Rectifying and Standardizing the Market Economic Order and the Office of the Municipal Leading Group for Combating the Illegal Activities of Making and Selling Fake and Inferior Commodities) is the office of the Municipal Food Safety Committee, the Municipal Leading Group for Rectifying and Standardizing the Market Economic Order and the Municipal Leading Group for Combating the Illegal Activities of Making and Selling Fake and Inferior Commodities, and is responsible for the daily work of the above leading groups (committees). The office is affiliated to the US Food and Drug Administration. There are 6 administrative personnel, including full-time deputy director 1 name (deputy bureau level), secretary general 1 name (official bureau level) and deputy secretary general 1 name (deputy bureau level). Logistics service personnel 1 person.
(4) The district and county-level municipal food and drug supervision and administration institutions originally managed by the municipal US Food and Drug Administration have been reorganized into the working departments of the local district and county-level municipal governments, and accept the guidance and supervision of the municipal US Food and Drug Administration in business.
