The sewage containing oil droplets with smaller particles passes through a fine filter to remove impurities in the water, and then enters a fiber polymerizer in turn, so that the fine oil droplets are polymerized into larger oil droplets and separated from water.

second, the working principle of compressed air oil-water separator: (oil-water separator in air compressor system)
When compressed air enters the oil-water separator, the flow direction and speed change sharply, and then oil droplets and water droplets with higher density than compressed air are separated by inertia. The common ones are impact oil-water separator and annular rotary oil-water separator. After the compressed air enters the shell of the oil-water separator from the inlet, the air flow is first blocked by the baffle plate, then bounces back down, and then rises up again, resulting in annular rotation. In this way, water droplets and oil droplets are separated from the air and settled at the bottom of the shell under the action of centrifugal force and inertial force.
3. Working principle of oil-water separator system for vehicles and ships:
