(5) fire control, sanitation, acoustics, lighting (including emergency lighting) conditions and safety facilities that meet the requirements;

(7) management regulations;

(8) other conditions required by national laws and regulations. Article 6 Units and individuals applying for operating commercial song and dance entertainment projects must go through the formalities of approval and registration in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the state, and obtain a business license.

(2) The lighting brightness in the venue: the ballroom is not less than 4 lux, the karaoke hall is not less than 6 lux, and the private room (compartment) is not less than 3 lux;

(3) The sound pressure level of the sound reinforcement system of the dance hall shall be below 96 decibels, and the off-site noise shall not exceed the relevant provisions in the Standard for Environmental Noise in Urban Areas of the People's Republic of China;

(4) fees for various items must be clearly marked according to the regulations of the price department;

(5) Do not sell drinks with an alcohol content of more than 38 degrees;

(6) Implement the Food Hygiene Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant hygiene standards;

(7) Pay all taxes and fees stipulated by the state and the province on time. Article 9 Where a commercial song and dance entertainment venue changes its business address, name and business scope, or changes its legal representative (person in charge) and other approved registration items, it must go through the change registration at the original registration authority. (6) in violation of the provisions of Item (9) of Article 7 of these Measures, in addition to being ordered to return the extortion and extortion money, a fine of not less than three times but not more than five times the extortion income shall be imposed.

(seven) in violation of the provisions of article eighth of these measures, a fine of not less than three thousand yuan but not more than five thousand yuan shall be imposed.
