Every day, the apprentices mainly engage in shaping, processing, baking and decorating the semi-finished products of freshly baked bread.
The baking apprentice is responsible for the preparations before opening the store every day, including cleaning the hygiene in the store, checking the food raw materials, assisting the cake maker in other work and being responsible for the cake sales in the store. Because of technical restrictions, the cake apprentice will not have a fixed job. The current apprentice will probably study for one to two years, starting with the basic content, and then coming into contact with the work category step by step.
Job responsibilities of the apprentice:
1. According to the arrangement of the store manager, carefully package and heat the food, and prepare all kinds of supplies to ensure normal business use.
2. Ensure the hygiene of the work area and keep it clean.
3. Cooperate with the store manager, obey the leadership of the store manager or above, unite and be good at helping colleagues.
4. Take an active part in training and constantly improve service skills.
5. obey the arrangement of superior leaders.
The post requirements of the current apprentice are
1. Have the spirit of hard work and good hygiene habits.
2. It is preferred to be able to make baked products independently, be familiar with the bread pastry making process and technology, and have relevant work experience.
3. Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
