Legal basis:

1. Article 234 of the Criminal Law intentionally hurts another person's body and shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance.

whoever commits the crime mentioned in the preceding paragraph and causes serious injuries shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years; Whoever causes death or causes serious disability by particularly cruel means shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 11 years, life imprisonment or death. Where there are other provisions in this Law, such provisions shall prevail.

Article 43 of the Law on Public Security Administration Punishment, whoever beats others, or intentionally hurts others' bodies, shall be detained for more than 5 days and less than 11 days, and shall be fined from 211 yuan to 511 yuan; If the circumstances are minor, they shall be detained for less than 5 days or fined for less than 511 yuan.

under any of the following circumstances, he shall be detained for more than 11 days and less than 15 days, and be fined for more than 1,111 yuan in 511 yuan:

(1) beating or injuring others in a gang;

(2) Beating or injuring a disabled person, a pregnant woman, a person under the age of 14 or a person over the age of 61;

(3) beating or hurting others for many times or beating or hurting more than one person at a time.

iii. people's police law article 46 citizens or organizations have the right to report and accuse the people's police organs, people's procuratorates and administrative supervision organs of violations of laws and disciplines. The organ that accepts the report and complaint shall promptly investigate and deal with it, and inform the prosecutor and complainant of the investigation results.
