1. Greet the guests. After the guests are led into the restaurant, all the service personnel waiting in the restaurant should greet the guests with a smile. If you know the name and position of the guest, you should address the guest by his name or position. Pull the chair and let the usher take you to the table. Waiters should help guests store their clothes, remind them to take care of their valuables and label them. The waiter should assist the guests to move the tables and chairs lightly, and retreat the seats before the guests take their seats. 3. After the guests are seated, the waiter should spread the mouth cloth for the guests according to the principle of guests first and ladies first. Generally speaking, the mouth cloth should be laid on the right side of the guests. If it is inconvenient (for example, one side of the table is against the wall or by the window), you can also spread the mouth cloth on the left side of the guest. When unfolding the mouth cloth, you should stand on the right side of the guest, gently pick up the mouth cloth, and gently open the mouth cloth sideways, paying attention to the right hand in front and the left hand behind. When you need to spread cloth from the guest's left side, stand on the guest's left side, paying attention to the left hand in front and the right hand behind (the purpose is not to put your elbow in front of the guest). If there are children, please help them to spread the mouth cloth for the guests and take off the chopsticks cover according to the parents' requirements. 4. After the guest takes a seat with a disposable towel, put the front of the disposable towel neatly into the towel tray for the guest to use.
