In the first grade, I was a person who didn't know what a "low-carbon life" was. The air conditioner in the room was turned on by me all night, the light was always on, and the volume of the TV was always turned up by me. I am not at home, and the TV has not "rested". After washing my hands, I often leave the faucet running ... Then my brother told me a story that made me realize the consequences of wasting resources. So, the next night, I didn't turn on the air conditioner, and the light went out long ago. I always turn off the tap after washing my hands. When I was eating, I ate all the rice, and there was not a bite left.
We should not only live a low-carbon life, but also consume green. If everyone consciously chooses and buys green products, it can urge manufacturers to pay attention to protecting the environment in the production process and reduce pollution and damage to the environment. When we go shopping in shops or farmers' markets, almost everything comes with plastic bags. When we get home, these plastic bags are often thrown into the dustbin as garbage immediately. Plastic bags have left our home, but they have not disappeared in this world. Plastics cannot be degraded in nature for hundreds of years, polluting soil and groundwater. If burned, it will produce toxic gas. Small plastic bags are really harmful. Therefore, we advocate the use of reusable shopping baskets and cloth bags to buy food, which is also to restore our past fine traditions.
Mr. Lin Weishui donated a large sum of money when he built our school. Everyone must think that he is rich, but this is just people's wrong idea. In fact, they Filipinos are not as extravagant as they think. They work hard every day. One day, Lin Weishui's family returned to China. They went to a restaurant for dinner. When he finished eating, he took out a bag and put the rest in it. Someone specifically asked him, "Why did you pack these foods back?" Mr. Lin Weishui replied, "I want to take it back to my son or servant. You people don't know how to save now, so you won't waste it. " You see, the old people live frugally, which is the real low-carbon life!
You see, low-carbon life is actually that simple! Let's act together: let everyone do what I do!
