Article 2 Sick leave

1. Employees who are really ill and can't go to work normally must be approved by the competent leader and reported to the Administration Department for the record. Those who have been sick for more than three working days in a row must obtain a leave certificate issued by the hospital.

2. sick employees should ask for leave from the competent leader before 9: 11 on the same day, and can take leave only after approval.

3. The employee must submit the sick leave note to the administrative department for verification and filing on the day of going to work after recovery from illness.

4. sick pay, which is 31% of the basic salary within 1-11 days; 11 days or more in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Beijing wage payment regulations".

Article 3 Personal Leave

1. If employees need to take personal leave for reasonable reasons, they must apply in writing one day in advance (in case of unpredictable emergency, they must ask the company leader before 9: 11 a.m.), truthfully explain the reasons, and take leave only after the approval of the competent leader, otherwise they will be treated as absenteeism.

2. Personal leave shall be deducted at 111% of the daily standard wage.

3. In case of personal emergency during working hours, please ask for leave from the competent leader in accordance with the regulations on personal leave, and those who violate the regulations will be punished for absenteeism.

article 4 annual leave

1. according to the regulations on paid annual leave for employees, the number of annual leave days is calculated based on the number of years of work in the company. if the employees have worked for 1 years but less than 11 years, they will take 5 days of annual leave; If it has been over 11 years but less than 21 years, the annual leave will be 11 days; For those who have completed 21 years, the annual leave is 15 days. National statutory holidays and rest days are not included in annual holidays.

2. annual leave can only be taken after application and approval are made to the company in advance.

3. Those who have not taken annual leave in the current year shall not accumulate to the next year (except in special circumstances).

Article 5 Marriage Leave

1. According to the provisions of the Marriage Law, when employees ask for marriage leave, they must fill out an application form for marriage leave in person, which is approved by the competent leader and submitted to the administrative department for the record. After the leave, you must get a marriage certificate and proof to cancel the leave. Marriage leave time: those who get married according to the legal marriage age (21 years old for women and 22 years old for men) can enjoy 3 days of marriage leave; Those who meet the age of late marriage (female 23 years old, male 25 years old) can enjoy 15 days of late marriage leave (including 3 days of legal marriage leave). Marriage leave includes public leave and legal leave. Remarried people can enjoy legal marriage leave, but not late marriage leave.

Article 7 Funeral Leave

1. If the immediate family members (grandparents, parents, in-laws, parents-in-law, husband and wife, and children over one year old) supported by employees die, they can take funeral leave, and if the parents or spouses of employees die, they can take three days off; Employees' children, grandparents, parents-in-law and in-laws who live together can take 2 days off when they die. If parents, spouses or children in other places die, and employees need to go to other places to take care of the funeral, they can be given another trip leave according to the distance. Employees who apply for funeral leave should write an application before the leave, which should be signed by the competent leader and reported to the administrative department for the record.

2. The salary during the funeral leave shall be paid according to the relevant regulations of the state.

Article 8 Absenteeism

1. Absence from work without the approval of the company's competent leader, or failure to ask for leave at the specified time, or violation of the regulations on sick leave and personal leave, or other relevant regulations in the company's system, etc. are regarded as absenteeism.

2. If you are absent from work for one day (including accumulation), you will be deducted three times the total salary of that day; If you are absent from work for two days (including accumulative), you will be deducted 6 times of the total salary on that day; Those who are absent from work for three days (including cumulative) will only be paid the minimum living standard salary in Beijing in the same month; Absenteeism for more than three days (including cumulative) will be dealt with by the company as appropriate.

article 9: being late and leaving early

4. If the circumstances are serious, those who arrive late and leave early will be given informed criticism, deducted from performance pay, and the labor contract will be terminated.

5. If special circumstances such as bad weather and traffic accidents are true, they shall be handled as appropriate after being approved by the competent leader.

Article 11: Punching in

1. The company implements a fingerprint punching system, and employees need to punch in once in the morning and once after work when they go to work normally and work overtime. If there are no conditions for punching in, a signature registration system shall be implemented according to the registration requirements, and the specific time of commuting shall be recorded and confirmed by autograph. During the working period, if you leave the company, you need to fill in the corresponding procedures. If you have the conditions to punch in, you should punch out at the same time.

2. If an employee fails to clock in at work or after work, fails to meet or go through the relevant formalities and there is no evidence to prove that he really goes to work, he will be fined 11 yuan for not signing up for attendance as required. For those that can't be verified, the company will calculate as leave.

3. If an employee can't punch in at the company in time due to the special requirements of the work, the reason must be clearly stated in the work log, and the department head is responsible for counting the data of the employees who can't punch in and submitting it to the administration department on the next working day.

4. If the fingerprint attendance registration cannot be completed due to equipment failure, power failure and other factors, the administrative department will make a unified record.

Article 11 Overtime and compensatory leave

1. The company does not advocate overtime. If it is impossible to complete the basic workload due to its own reasons (including lack of work ability and low work efficiency), overtime will not be counted.

2. if the company arranges overtime due to extra workload, the administrative department will record the overtime hours. Monthly summary accounting, cash in the form of bonus or holiday (leave). If you apply for a leave of absence, you must apply three days in advance in principle, and the competent leader will make overall arrangements according to the actual situation. After the approval of the leader, go through the relevant registration formalities in the administrative department. The salary may not be deducted from the approved leave of absence.

3. employees who are arranged by the company to work overtime until after 22: 11 pm can be delayed to 11: 11 the next day, and they can take a half-day off from work overtime until early morning (with the approval of the leader in advance). However, they should take the initiative to explain the situation to the administrative department and register after their arrival.

4. Employees who work overtime arranged by the company can take taxis after the subway and bus stops, and the fare will be reimbursed according to the facts.

5 except for overtime arranged by the company, employees who work overtime by themselves are not entitled to overtime leave, and their attendance on the next day shall not be affected.
