Mayang intersection began to build a commercial high-rise building from Britain to Thailand through the railway station to Bubugao New Huaihua Building.

What we know now is Huaihua New Mall (two 32-story commercial high-rise buildings).

Renqinglou Huaihua Electrical Appliance City (two newly-built commercial duplex buildings with more than 20 floors),

Huaihua British-Thailand International Station Business Center (including 4 32-storey high-grade business office buildings),

Huaihua Building International Brand City is under construction (32-story Huaihua Commercial Complex).

Wal-Mart Peace Plaza Commercial Group (facing demolition at the end of the year, which may be the slowest one) plans to build two twin commercial buildings with 365 and 438+0 floors, which will be linked with BBK Department Store, Huatian Building and Huaihua Building International Famous Brand City to form Huaihua Golden Quadrant.

Next to the Textile Building coming out of Hezhou Road, Feida International (30-story comprehensive building) will also be built.

The former Huaguang Restaurant was also demolished and bought by Tongcheng International (Tongcheng is the king of building tall buildings).
