Classification of verbal evidence
According to the existence and manifestation of evidence, it can be divided into verbal evidence and substantive evidence. This kind of evidence classification is called physical evidence of witness (in a broad sense), but the scope of physical evidence is obviously larger than that of legal evidence. So in order to avoid unnecessary confusion, it is more appropriate to call it verbal evidence and physical evidence. Evidence in the form of existence and expression is verbal evidence, including statements of criminal victims, statements and excuses of criminal suspects and defendants, statements of parties, testimonies of witnesses and expert conclusions.
