entrepreneurs who return to rural areas refer to workers whose household registration is Zhuhai, who leave Zhuhai to study abroad and return to the towns and villages under Zhuhai's jurisdiction to start businesses after working (subject to the address listed in the business license, the same below).

subsidy conditions: the entrepreneur has successfully started a business in this city (he has obtained the industrial and commercial business license or other legal registration procedures in this city, and I am the legal representative or principal responsible person, the same below), and has gone through tax registration, employment registration and social insurance premium payment according to regulations, and has been operating normally for more than 6 months.

Application materials:

1. Application form of the company (individual entrepreneurship and team entrepreneurship funding should be filled out separately);

2. Entrepreneur ID card. Among them, students at school or ordinary colleges and universities (including ordinary colleges and universities in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), vocational schools and technical colleges or graduates within 5 years of graduation are required to provide copies of student ID cards or graduation certificates respectively; Demobilized soldiers are required to provide "Chinese People's * * and Chinese conscripts' Certificate of Retirement from Active Service" or "Chinese People's * * and Chinese NCO's Certificate of Retirement from Active Service" (the identity of demobilized soldiers with household registration in this city is verified by the agency from the information system, and the applicant does not need to provide relevant certificates); Unemployed people in urban and rural areas (people with employment difficulties) are required to provide a copy of the Employment and Entrepreneurship Certificate;

3. Other statutory registration certificates;

4. Copy of tax registration certificate;

5. A copy of the bank account where the applicant pays taxes or social insurance premiums;

6. a copy of the business registration book or other supporting documents and a list of subsidies for starting a business in Zhuhai (which should be provided and filled in for a team to start a business).

entrepreneurs returning to the countryside should also provide a copy of the household registration book; Those who go out to study also submit a copy of the graduation certificate, and those who go out to work also submit the registration certificate or supplementary certificate materials for employment in other places.

time and procedure of application: within 1 years after the normal operation for 6 months, the applicant shall apply to the district agency where industrial and commercial registration is registered or registered legally.
