2. If you are a self-employed person who transports goods, you need to log in as a natural person. If it is a company, you need to log in as an enterprise. Now, for example, the self-employed who transport goods need to log in as a natural person.
3. After logging in, click Tax-Matters Handling-General Electronic Invoice Issuing;
4. Click Add Invoice-Enter the information required in the interface.
The online application process of electronic invoice is as follows:
1. Log on to the website of the Inland Revenue Department: Log on to the website of the Inland Revenue Department with your personal account;
2. Enter the invoice management page: on the homepage of the tax bureau website, find the "invoice management" column and click Enter;
3. Select to apply for electronic invoice: on the invoice management page, find the "electronic invoice" option and click to enter the application page;
4. Fill in application information: fill in personal information and invoice information as required, and submit the application after confirmation;
5. Pending approval: The tax bureau will review the application materials. After the approval, the applicant can view and download the electronic invoice in his personal account.

When selling goods or providing services, e-commerce operators shall issue purchase vouchers or service documents such as paper invoices or electronic invoices according to law. Electronic invoices and paper invoices have the same legal effect.
