Step 5: After the Company faxes or scans the Certificate of Trademark Registration and Notarized Certificate of Declaration of Trademark Assignment to the buyer for confirmation, the buyer pays the balance of the payment within 2 days. The Company will hand over the original Certificate of Trademark Registration, Notary Certificate of Declaration of Trademark Transfer, Authorization of Trademark Use and the documents required for the transfer to the buyer for stamping or signing.
