From 20 12 1, the above-mentioned objects have newly established entrepreneurial entities in the city's overall planning area and participated in social insurance according to law.

Entrepreneurs of individual industrial and commercial households declare social insurance subsidies, and the average monthly tax payment during their enjoyment period must reach 500 yuan (inclusive) or above. Starting a business within five years after graduation is not restricted by this clause.

Third, the application materials

1. Ningbo entrepreneur social insurance subsidy application form;

2. The original and photocopy of the applicant's ID card and residence booklet (if the applicant is a college graduate, the original and photocopy of the graduation certificate are also required);

3. Copy of business license or organization code certificate, original and copy of tax registration certificate;

4. Individual industrial and commercial households need to provide passbook cards for bank settlement accounts;

5. Individual industrial and commercial households also need to provide tax payment vouchers issued by tax authorities (college graduates need not provide them within 5 years after graduation);

6. Other materials required by the accepting institution.
