Rules for the use of gas tanks in shops
Bottled LPG will be purchased in real-name registration system. When selling bottled liquefied petroleum gas, gas supply enterprises shall truthfully record the basic information of users, the number of gas cylinders held by users, the periodic inspection cycle and the scrapping cycle. It is necessary to use data carriers such as two-dimensional codes to gradually establish a traceability information platform for gas cylinder quality and safety.

Since the winter, the use of gas tanks has also increased. But this kind of daily household goods needs stricter supervision.

Starting next year, Beijing will implement "real name purchase" of gas tanks, and bottled gas will also be labeled with "QR code" to realize traceability of quality and safety. It is reported that this regulation has been implemented since 20211.

The regulations also propose that gas supply enterprises should make regular free door-to-door safety inspections, and users should suspend gas supply or restrict gas purchase if they refuse safety inspections without justifiable reasons, or if there are potential safety hazards and refuse to rectify them. Start the "transformation" on its own, and if it fails to make corrections within the time limit, it shall be fined not more than 1,000 yuan.
