Relevant enterprises are advised to contact Xuzhou Customs in advance if they have imported epidemic prevention materials. Enterprises can apply for the registration of the consignor and consignor of import and export goods through "multi-certificate integration", and the customs can complete the enterprise registration after confirming the receipt of the enterprise's industrial and commercial registration information, without going to the customs for registration. After customs approval, enterprises can log in to the single window of China international trade and print the receipt for customs record.

When purchasing goods, projects and services related to epidemic prevention and control with fiscal funds, the procurement unit should take meeting the needs of epidemic prevention and control as the primary goal, establish a "green channel" for procurement, and purchase imported materials without approval without implementing the methods and procedures stipulated in the Government Procurement Law.
