1. Go to the government coupon website and fill in personal data (ID number and date of issue, Chinese and English name, mobile phone number) as instructed;

2. Choose the method of collecting coupons: Octopus, Alipay Hong Kong, WeChatPayHK, Tap&; Go pat the reward and fill in the account number;

3. Submit a declaration of residence in Hong Kong. Click "OK" to submit the application, and take a screenshot if necessary. About one week after completing the electronic registration, I received a short message about the registration result.
