Tell customers the order progress
Before the holiday, we should know the current progress of our orders and then tell our customers. According to the different progress of customer communication or cooperation, it can be divided into the following situations.
shipment on the road: we need to estimate an arrival time, and inform the customer about when your goods will arrive in Hong Kong before the holiday. About to ship: As the holiday is approaching, the freight forwarding company, shipping company or express delivery company may all have a holiday. in production: for the order that has been arranged in the production line, the customer should be informed of the production progress of the order before the holiday, and then when the production will be completed after returning from the holiday.
those who have received payment but have not started production: tell the customer that the holiday is coming, and then the order has been arranged. After the year, the factory will start production according to the order, and then it is expected that your order will start production on February 11.
what is under discussion but has not been paid: customers can be urged to pay on the grounds of holidays. There is a big difference between the payment made years ago and the payment made years later. The factory will put into production as soon as it starts working, while the payment made years later will not be arranged until the factory completes the order paid years ago. So you can use this reason to promote payment.
and, no matter what progress the customer is in, we should tell the customer: when you need my help, please feel free to contact me. Please contact me whenever you need help.
it is also important to ensure that the customer has received and is aware of the notice. So if we send it on an instant chat tool, we should see that the other party has read it. If the email notification is sent, add "If you recheie my email, please reply me and let us know you got it, thank you."
If you don't see that the other party has read it, or haven't received the reply email, you should send it to the customer again until the customer sees or responds, and sometimes you need to call.
