II. Work objectives and priorities

(1) Work objectives: adhere to the principle of "highlighting key points, promoting as a whole, strengthening supervision, serious accountability, treating both the symptoms and root causes, and seeking practical results", and on the basis of ensuring that all local schools fully understand the importance and urgency of standardizing the current school-running behavior of primary and secondary schools, conscientiously implement the spirit of the Code of Conduct for Running Schools in Anhui Province, seriously control the irregular school-running behavior, and ensure primary and secondary education.

1. Standardize enrollment management.
