This survey we also found that 59% of the people at home with breakfast, 21% in the snack bar with breakfast, only 7% of the people in the roadside stalls with breakfast, roadside stalls are generally worrying about the health situation.

V. Conclusion and Recommendations

Through the above survey and analysis, we can draw the following conclusions, "the breakfast problem" has caused more and more people's attention, in order to completely change people's "sloppy breakfast, lunch, rich dinner," the way of eating, and promote the use of the "breakfast" diet. In order to completely change people's "sloppy breakfast, lunch, dinner, rich" way of eating, advocating scientific diet, we put forward the following suggestions:

1, improve personal habits
