Information required to open an account:
Bring the original company business license, original tax registration certificate, organization code certificate and legal person ID card.
The above requires two copies of A4 paper.
In addition: bring the official seal of the company, the handprint of the legal person and the bank seal you want to reserve.
Account cancellation:
Go to your bank in basic deposit account and cancel your account.
The materials required for revocation are:
1. The application for opening an account shall be kept by the enterprise.
2. Signature card
3. Important vouchers (unused checks, etc.). )
4. Basic account opening license, etc.
5. Bring the reserved seal of the bank and the official seal of the company.
Note: You need to cancel all general accounts and other accounts before you can cancel basic account.
By the way, don't forget to apply to the bank for account cancellation within 5 working days, so that the account balance can be cashed out, and it will be very troublesome if it exceeds 5 days.
