Rizhao Zhudongtian Scenic Area is located at the western end of Rizhao City, accompanied by the beautiful Futuan River. The total area of the scenic spot is 1 1,000 mu, including 200 mu of bamboo, 400 mu of other bamboo and 400 mu of water.

The scenic spot is mainly composed of six functional areas, such as bamboo culture park, national culture park, rest park, general tea garden, native bamboo forest (Phyllostachys pubescens) and water recreation area, which constitutes the tourism cultural theme of enjoying tea and bamboo, leisure and entertainment. The scenic spot has convenient transportation and superior geographical position. It is 8 kilometers from the long-distance bus station, 5 kilometers from the entrance of Sanri East Expressway, 7 kilometers from Rizhao seaside 15, and the passenger station of15 is at the gate of the park.

The green area in the scenic spot is over 80%, and bamboo species such as Phyllostachys pubescens, Phyllostachys pubescens, Phyllostachys pubescens, Phyllostachys pubescens and Phyllostachys pubescens naturally grow. At the same time, there is a special bamboo variety exhibition area, which is both a natural oxygen bar and a natural botanical garden.

The scenic spot fully embodies the bamboo cultural characteristics of Jiangnan style. Ethnic minority art groups perform ethnic songs and dances for tourists all the year round, as well as special entertainment projects such as bamboo dance and bamboo forest paradise with strong tourists' participation. The water amusement park seems to be a flowing landscape. Visitors can row boats on bamboo rafts and enjoy the scenery on awning boats. A group of egrets compete and play on the river (bamboo forest is their habitat), which makes tourists relaxed and happy.
