In June, 2005, 5438+ 10, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued a scientific research plan for dimethyl ether to replace gasoline and diesel to our company. Our company took the lead and cooperated with Shanghai Jiaotong University, Xi Jiaotong University and Jilin University to study the substitution of dimethyl ether for gasoline and diesel in large buses, buses and cars. On the basis of successful research, it is required to organize a bus and taxi fleet of not less than 30 vehicles in Linyi in 2006 to demonstrate to the whole country. And on the basis of successful demonstration, it will be promoted to the whole country. Because Shanghai Jiaotong University, Xi Jiaotong University and Jilin University are all well-known universities in China, especially in the field of automobile research and development, they are in a leading position in China and have strong strength. At present, the research work is progressing smoothly, and most of the research work has been completed. After confirmation, the relevant work of organizing the demonstration team can be carried out. Our company has completed the modification of more than 40 vehicles, with excellent performance indicators, and has all the basic conditions for promoting the use of clean fuel dimethyl ether on a large scale.

The research on dimethyl ether production undertaken by our company was included in the national "Torch Plan", and the research results won the second prize of provincial scientific and technological progress. The technical process development with an annual output of 654.38+10,000 tons of dimethyl ether has been supported by the provincial science and technology department, municipal and district science and technology bureaus; The research and development of dimethyl ether as automobile fuel has been supported by the municipal and district science and technology bureaus of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and has been listed as a key science and technology plan by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The development of dimethylformamide production technology has been supported by provincial science and technology department, municipal and district science and technology bureaus. In order to improve the added value of products and extend the industrial chain of products, our company independently developed downstream products with dimethyl ether as raw material. At present, four products, such as N, N- dimethylaniline and dimethyl carbonate, have been successfully studied on a small scale and are preparing for the pilot test, among which N, N- dimethylaniline has passed the pilot test initially.
