High-protein, low-fat can generally be divided into seven categories: Category 1: Breads and grains high-protein, low-fat foods: rice, bread, macaroni, salted soda crackers, cornmeal. Category 2: Dairy foods high in protein and low in fat: skimmed milk (fresh or powdered), artificial cream, household cheese. Foods in the third condiment group high in protein and low in fat: honey, jam; ketchup, ginger, mustard, coffee and tea. Food group 4 Fruit high in protein and low in fat: all fruits and fruit juices (fresh, canned or frozen). Category 5 Meat: High protein, low fat foods: roasted and cooked beef, beef liver, lamb, chicken. Fish and other seafood high in protein and low in fat: carp, sturgeon, halibut, clams, crab meat, shrimp, oysters. The seventh category of vegetables high protein low fat food: asparagus, eggplant, fresh lentils, lettuce, peas; potatoes, spinach, pumpkin, tomatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumber, green pepper, carrots, white radish.
