I. Specification of application materials for commercial performance activities

(1) Application materials: fill in the Registration Form for Commercial Performance Application and the Commitment Letter for Performance Activities in a standardized way, and affix the official seal of the applicant.

(2) Information of art performance groups and actors:

1. A list of actors and a copy of their valid identification. The name, gender, date of birth, country or region, and valid ID number shall be listed in the list of actors. Valid identification means: Chinese mainland actor is an ID card, passport and military officer's card; Foreign actors are passports; Hong Kong and Macao actors travel to and from the Mainland for Hong Kong and Macao residents or passports of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Special Administrative Region; Taiwan Province Province is a Taiwanese certificate (not a passport);

2. The performance agreement between the performance organizer and the performing arts group (actor) or the written letter from the performing arts group (actor) agreeing to participate in the performance;

(4) venue information: the agreement between the performance organizer and the business unit of the performance venue or the venue certificate issued by the performance venue; Commercial performances held in song and dance entertainment places, tourist attractions, theme parks, amusement parks, bars, restaurants, restaurants and other non-performance places shall provide fire safety certificates approved by the fire department or entertainment business licenses of the places; Temporary stages and stands for commercial performances shall also provide fire safety approval documents, safety and security work plans, fire fighting and emergency evacuation plans.

(5) Capital arrangement plan and capital certification materials: The capital arrangement plan shall include the total cost of performance projects, performance fees, production fees, venue rental fees, publicity fees, round-trip travel expenses and accommodation fees. Proof of funds refers to the certificate of deposit in basic deposit account in the current month issued by the applicant's bank, or the certificate that banks and other financial institutions agree to loan, or the certificate that other units agree to borrow, invest, guarantee and sponsor, and the certificate of deposit in basic deposit account in the current month issued by the applicant's bank.
