Legal analysis: the use of liquefied gas in hotels is legal, but it must meet the relevant requirements of public security fire control.

Legal basis: Article 62 of the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) has one of the following acts, and shall be punished in accordance with the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment:

(1) Producing, storing, transporting, selling, using or destroying inflammable and explosive dangerous goods in violation of relevant fire control technical standards and management regulations;

(2) illegally carrying inflammable and explosive dangerous goods into public places or taking public transport;

(3) Falsely reporting a fire alarm;

(4) obstructing fire engines and fire boats from performing their tasks;

(five) hinder the staff of fire rescue institutions to perform their duties according to law.

Article 30 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment violates state regulations, and whoever manufactures, buys, sells, stores, transports, mails, carries, uses, provides or disposes of explosive, toxic, radioactive and corrosive substances or infectious disease pathogens shall be detained for more than 10 and less than 15; If the circumstances are minor, they shall be detained for more than five days and less than ten days.

Set the relevant specifications of the gas cylinder room:

(1) The setting of gas cylinder room, the installation of gas pipeline and the setting of lightning protection and anti-static equipment shall meet the requirements of Code for Design of Town Gas (GB50028-2006) and Technical Code for Town Gas (GB50494-2009);

(2) When two or more gas cylinders are used to supply gas in a bottle group, a special gas cylinder room shall be set up, and the maximum bottle storage capacity shall not exceed 1 m3;

(3) The gas cylinders should be placed vertically. The gas cylinders in use and the spare gas cylinders should be placed separately or separated by a firewall, and stored in a ventilated and dry place with room temperature not exceeding 45℃;

(4) The combustible gas concentration alarm device and explosion-proof electrical equipment shall be installed in the gas cylinder room according to relevant regulations, and the switch shall be set outdoors, equipped with fire fighting equipment such as dry powder fire extinguishers, and obvious safety warning signs shall be set outside the gas cylinder room;

(5) Flames and explosives shall not be piled up in the gas cylinder room, and liquefied petroleum gas shall not be used in the same room with other fuels;

(six) it is forbidden to use bottled liquefied petroleum gas in public places of entertainment, public high-rise buildings and underground buildings, and it is forbidden to set up gas cylinder rooms in buildings;

(7) The gas equipment in the gas cylinder room shall have the product certificate, which shall be installed by the unit with the qualification for installation and maintenance of gas burning appliances in strict accordance with the relevant requirements, and the gas equipment, exhaust system and smoke exhaust facilities shall be kept in good working condition;

(8) Units that set up gas cylinder rooms shall conduct regular gas safety inspections, establish gas ledgers, timely and accurately record the bar code numbers of gas cylinders after each gas purchase, and formulate targeted emergency plans or emergency treatment plans to ensure that employees master relevant emergency contents.
